Hi guys it's me ,if you remember me.
Doing reasonably well in Scotland qualified for the National Age Groups in March this year and for the National Schools finals in Jan '07. Not the same kind of atmosphere as the Counties in Thetford though.

Could someone let me know when the club's Open Meet is in 2007? October usually? It would be great to come down and see you all.

Had a good laugh at the picture of me in the photo gallery! Couldn't believe it when I saw it.

hi guys long tim no speek well done to most of you the site is getting along well hope you are all winning these galas lol... cya some time.

As a swimmer I think that it would be better to start at the shallow end rather than the deep end for training. A few of my reasons for this are; it will be easer to collect flippers, pullboy ect. it will be easer to have a drink and there will be no one pulling on the lane ropes, and so on.

A provisional date for your diary -

It is hoped that the Club will be officially presented with its Swim 21 award on Thursday 2nd March at 7.45pm. Royston Emmerson the ASA Regional Development Officer should be coming along to make this award.
Would all those swimmers who swim on Thursday nights, and any others who don't, but would like to have their photograph taken at this event please wear their Club T-shirt/Tracksuit tops.

Please keep your eye on the notice board at the pool for confirmation that this will go ahead as planned.

Congratulations on acheiving Swim 21 status hopefully all the hard work will bring the rewards it deserves! Looking at the result from last Saturday it looks as though things are already showing improvement at competition level - well done - not just to those who swam on saturday, but to everyone at the club - you all play a part in the clubs success.

Just an idea for something else!
How about putting maps on, to help find other pools for galas?

Good suggestion, I've found a map of Cambridge Pool, and it is now at the bottom of the team selection page. Tell me what you think about this.

This maybe the only site on the school computers that hasnt been blocked!

Hey everyone, last year was a very good year and we all achieved alot and well done to Gemma and Shaun for getting the swimmers endeavour trophy. Good luck for this year to everyone!! Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that this website should have more recent photos and have more thing's to look at. I also think it should have a picture of the whole club with their names underneath.

Great we've got the ball rolling, thanks guys - (missed the bit on the notice board) - perhaps it was hiding under all the other stuff! Although it would have been great to read it as an opener in the guestbook. Nevermind. Have found downloading the Results very useful and looking forward to the latest ones.

As secretary to the club, I posted congratulatory comments to Gemma and family several weeks ago. The Committee has for a long time recognised the valuable contribution of the development of this website and this has been recorded in the minutes of the Committee meeting held in August and which were posted on the notice board for all to read.

A poster has now been put on the notice board, so that all the parents know about the site.

I think this site is really good, and a lot of hard work has been put into it, this year has been a relly good year for the club in many ways. I hope next year goes as well.

What no possitive comments from our committee for setting up this great site...!!
Come on you lot support this venture.

Well done to whom ever set up this site - how about providing all us parents with a great big sign on our notice board so we can support it as well.

Any chance of the clubs policies going on the site?
